would you mind sharing your brush properties? I've been having trouble with my blending.

to be honest...so far i've only used the basic brush set..rotating from soft to hard edges and airbrush to wet edges @ varying opacities...the key for my style (at least in this piece) is going to be lightening from dark gradually/slowly..

..later on i plan to swith to some fancy brushes that i picked up over the last few months mostly for the effects...but also just to say i tried them ;)...im not big on using special brushes but i intend to improve on that...it adds texture and depth if done right...so once i get the hang of it i'll be more useful in that area!

i'll tell you each brush i use in each step from now on since you've shown interest. just be patient and go slow..you should may blending easier!

what exactly do wet edges do for you? they haven't helped me with blending at all, and yet people say it does the same thing as digital watercolor in painter. It just seems to lower the opacity and make the edges darker ,o_o,
